   TEACHERS AND FIRST RESPONDERS BACK TO WORK ACT OF 2011--MOTION TO 
                                PROCEED

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 204, S. 
1723.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 204, S. 1723, a bill to 
     provide for teacher and first responder stabilization.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I have a cloture motion at the desk.

rule XXII, the Chair directs the clerk to read the motion.

     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close the debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 204, S. 1723, Teachers and First 
     Responders Back to Work Act.
