                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, we will work on an agreement with respect to 
amendments that are pending. There are four or five of them pending now 
to H.R. 2112. We will notify Senators when votes are scheduled. We 
would hope we could get some of them out of the way tomorrow morning. 
There would be no reason we could not do that.
