                 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.R. 2112

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that at 4 p.m., 
Monday, October 17, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar 
No. 155, H.R. 2112--that is the Agriculture Appropriations Act for 
fiscal year 2012--that the committee amendment be withdrawn and that 
the chairman of the Appropriations Committee or his designee be 
recognized to offer amendment No. 738, which consists of the text of 
the withdrawn amendment as Division A, the text of S. 1572, Calendar 
No. 170, as Division B, and the

text of S. 1596, Calendar No. 177, as Division C; provided further, 
that H.R. 2596, as reported by the House Appropriations Committee, and 
Division C of amendment No. 738 be deemed House-passed text in H.R. 
2112 for purposes of rule XVI; finally, that amendment No. 738 for the 
purposes of paragraph 1 of rule XVI be considered a committee 
amendment.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. REID. I am going to give the Chair a written test on what I just 
read in a few minutes. OK.
