entitled ``Carcieri Crisis: The Ripple Effect on Jobs, Economic 
Development and Public Safety in Indian Country.''

on S. 1262, the Native Culture, Language, and Access for Success in 
Schools Act to be followed immediately by a hearing on the following 
bills: S. 134, Mescalero Apache Tribe Leasing Authorization Act; S. 
399, Blackfeet Water Rights Settlement Act of 2011; S. 1327, A bill to 
amend the Act of March 1, 1933, to transfer certain authority and 
resources to the Utah Dineh Corporation, and for other purposes; and S. 
1345, Spokane Tribe of Indians of the Spokane Reservation Grand Coulee 
Dam Equitable Compensation Settlement Act.
