                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, we will consider the three trade agreements 
tomorrow. We expect to complete action on these bills sometime 
tomorrow. If everyone uses their time, it is quite obvious it will be a 
late, late day. But maybe people will get tired of talking and we can 
finish this earlier.
  We have work to complete on Thursday. I have talked to the Republican 
leader about a path forward, and I think we can get more done this week 
and have a really good next week working on appropriations bills.
