American Jobs Act: Senate resumed consideration of the motion to
proceed to consideration of S. 1660, to provide tax relief for American
workers and businesses, to put workers back on the job while rebuilding
and modernizing America, and to provide pathways back to work for
Americans looking for jobs.

Trade Bills--Agreement: A unanimous-consent-time agreement was
reached providing that at approximately 10 a.m., on Wednesday, October
12, 2011, Senate begin consideration of H.R. 3080, to implement the
United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement; H.R. 3079, to implement the
United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement; and H.R. 3078, to
implement the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, en
bloc; and that there be 12 hours of debate equally divided and
controlled between the two Leaders, or their designees with Senator
Baucus controlling 20 minutes and Senator Brown (OH) and Senator
Sanders each controlling an hour of the Majority time, and that all
other provisions of the previous order remain in effect.
