     ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7 THROUGH TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2011

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its 
business today, it adjourn until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2011, 
for a pro forma session only, with no business conducted, and that 
following the pro forma session, the Senate adjourn until 2 p.m. on 
Tuesday, October 11, 2011; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business until 5:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to 
speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; that following morning 
business, the Senate proceed to executive session under the previous 
order; further, following the vote on confirmation of the Triche-
Milazzo nomination, the Senate resume legislative session and 
consideration of S. 1619, and the Senate immediately vote on passage of 
the bill.
