  Mr. REID. Mr. President, cloture was filed tonight on S. 1619. Unless 
an agreement is reached, this vote will occur Thursday morning an hour 
after we come in session. The filing deadline for first-degree 
amendments to S. 1619 is 1 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday. Votes on 
amendments to the bill are possible during Wednesday's session.
