SKI AREA RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITY ENHANCEMENT ACT OF 2011
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 765) to amend the
National Forest Ski Area Permit Act of 1986 to clarify the authority of
the Secretary of Agriculture regarding additional recreational uses of
National Forest System land that is subject to ski area permits, and
for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Utah (Mr. Bishop) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill.
This will be a 5-minute vote.
