                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Madam President, there will be two rollcall votes at 5:30 
p.m. on Monday, October 3. The first vote will be on the confirmation 
of Henry Floyd of South Carolina, to be United States Circuit Judge for 
the Fourth Circuit, and the second vote will be on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1619.
