                         NOMINATIONS DISCHARGED

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Homeland 
Security and Governmental Affairs Committee be discharged from further 
consideration of Presidential nomination 541, Mark D. Acton, Postal 
Regulatory Commission, and Presidential nomination 542, Robert Taub, 
Postal Regulatory Commission; that the nominations be confirmed en 
bloc, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the 
table, with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be 
in order to the nominations; and that any related statements be printed 
in the Record; and that the President be immediately notified of the 
Senate's action.

       Mark D. Acton, of Kentucky, to be a Commissioner of the 
     Postal Regulatory Commission for a term expiring October 14, 
     2016.
       Robert G. Taub, of New York, to be a Commissioner of the 
     Postal Regulatory Commission for a term expiring October 14, 
     2016.
