  Mr. REID. Mr. President, if there is no further business to come 
before the Senate, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate adjourn 
under the previous order, with the understanding that the vote at 5:30 
Monday will be continued more than the normal time, but people need to 
be reasonable. We cannot leave it open forever.
  There being no objection, the Senate, at 3:59 p.m., adjourned until
