                 ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2011

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. tomorrow, 
Tuesday, September 20; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
to have expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business for 1 hour, with Senators permitted to speak 
therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and 
controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with the 
Republicans controlling the first half and the majority controlling the 
final half; that following morning business, the Senate adopt the 
motion to proceed to H.R. 2832, the GSP bill and the vehicle for Trade 
Adjustment Assistance; further, that the Senate recess from 12:30 until 
2:15 p.m. for our weekly caucus meetings.
  Finally, I ask unanimous consent that Senator Heller be recognized at 
2:30 p.m. for up to 20 minutes as in morning business to deliver his 
maiden speech as a U.S. Senator.
