                 ORDERS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2011

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, 
September 19; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed to have 
expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business until 4:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to 
speak therein for up to 10 minutes; that following morning business, 
the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar 
No. 166, H.R. 2832, the GSP Act, with the time until 5:30 p.m. equally 
divided and controlled between Senators Baucus and Hatch or their 
designees.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
