MORNING BUSINESS
Mr. ENZI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to
speak for up to 10 minutes each, with an exception for myself and the
other Senator from Wyoming, concerning a tribute to Malcolm Wallop, who
passed away yesterday, and that we might have such time as needed.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
