  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the following Environment and Public Works bills, en bloc:

for the Senate to proceed to the consideration of those two bills; is 
that right?

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the bills be read a third time 
and passed, en bloc; the motions to reconsider be laid upon the table 
en bloc, and any relevant statements be printed in the Record.
