CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION AUTHORITY
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 2715.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.

A bill (H.R. 2715) to provide the Consumer Product Safety
Commission with greater authority and discretion in enforcing
the consumer product safety laws, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
