                   ORDERS FOR SATURDAY, JULY 30, 2011

  Mr. UDALL of Colorado. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 1 p.m. 
on Saturday, July 30; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of the motion to concur in the House message to accompany S. 627, the 
legislative vehicle for the debt limit increase, and that the time from 
1:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the 
two leaders or their designees, with the majority and the Republicans 
controlling alternating 30-minute blocks of time with the majority 
controlling the first block; further that the time from 7:30 p.m. until 
8 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or 
their designees, with the Republicans controlling the first 15 minutes 
and the majority controlling the final 15 minutes.
