                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that we extend the 
morning business hour until 7 p.m.

  Mr. REID. I also ask that the consent agreement be modified that 
Senators be allowed to speak for up to 10 minutes each during that 
period of time.
