PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1938, NORTH AMERICAN-MADE ENERGY
SECURITY ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on
adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 370) providing for consideration of
the bill (H.R. 1938) to direct the President to expedite the
consideration and approval of the construction and operation of the
Keystone XL oil pipeline, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
