  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I am advised to inform the Senate that 
tomorrow morning the majority leader will make a motion to table the 
motion to proceed to H.R. 2560. Therefore, Senators should expect a 
rollcall vote at approximately 10 o'clock a.m. To accommodate Senators 
on both sides, this vote will be longer than usual.
