  MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR MILITARY CONSTRUCTION, THE DEPARTMENT OF 
   VETERANS AFFAIRS, AND RELATED AGENCIES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 
                 SEPTEMBER 30, 2012--MOTION TO PROCEED

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 91, H.R. 
2055.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the motion to proceed.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 91, H.R. 2055, an act 
     making appropriations for military construction, the 
     Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the 
     fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other 
     purposes.

  Mr. REID. I have a cloture motion at the desk.

     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 91, H.R. 2055, an act making 
     appropriations for military construction, the Department of 
     Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year 
     ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes.

motions.
