                   ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2011

  Mr. LAUTENBERG. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., on 
Thursday, July 7; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume the motion to 
proceed to Calendar No. 93, S. 1323, a bill to express the sense of the 
Senate on shared sacrifice in resolving the budget deficit, with the 
time until 10 a.m. equally divided and controlled between the two 
leaders or their designees, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 
10 minutes each; that at 10 a.m., the Senate conduct a rollcall vote on 
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1323.
