AUTHORIZING THE LIMITED USE OF THE U.S. ARMED FORCES IN SUPPORT OF THE 
                NATO MISSION IN LIBYA--MOTION TO PROCEED

  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the 
Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 
20, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A motion to proceed to the joint resolution (S.J. Res. 20) 
     authorizing the limited use of the United States Armed Forces 
     in support of the NATO mission in Libya.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I withdraw my motion to proceed to Calendar 
No. 88, S.J. Res. 20.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The motion is withdrawn.
