                    AUTHORITY FOR COMMITTEE TO MEET

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Finance 
Committee be authorized to meet at 10 a.m. during tomorrow's session of 
the Senate, Thursday, June 30, and they be permitted to meet beyond the 
2-hour limit set forth under rule XXVI.
