  Mr. REID. The first vote will be tomorrow at noon on confirmation of 
James Cole to be Deputy Attorney General. We are working on an 
agreement to complete the Presidential Appointment Efficiency and 
Streamlining Act, so additional rollcall votes are expected tomorrow.
