SCHEDULE
Mr. REID. Following any leader remarks, the Senate will be in morning
business until 11 a.m., with the majority controlling the first half
and the Republicans controlling the final half.
Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of
the motion to proceed to S. 679, the Presidential Appointment
Efficiency and Streamlining Act.
We are working on an agreement to begin consideration of this bill
and will notify Senators when votes are scheduled.
Order of Procedure
I would ask unanimous consent that the time not end at 11 a.m. on the
majority and minority, that they each have a full half hour.
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so
