EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS
Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to a period of morning business from now until 6:30 this
evening, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each;
that at 6:30 p.m. the majority leader be recognized, and that this work
we are going to do during the next hour and a half be for debate only.
