SCHEDULE
Mr. REID. Madam President, following any leader remarks, the Senate
will be in a period of morning business for 1 hour. The majority will
control the first half of that time and the Republicans will control
the final half.
Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of
the Economic Development Act, with the time until 2 p.m. equally
divided between the opponents and proponents of the Tester amendment.
At approximately 2 p.m., there will be a rollcall vote in relation to
the Tester amendment regarding swipe fees, with a 60-vote threshold.
