                            MORNING BUSINESS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to a period of morning business until 8 p.m. tonight, with 
Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each; further, that 
Senator Murray now be recognized to speak for 4 minutes, and following 
her remarks, Senator Inhofe be recognized until 6:15 p.m., Senator 
Durbin then be recognized for up to 10 minutes, and following that 
Senator Coburn be recognized for up to 45 minutes.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
  Mr. REID. I think that may get us past 8 o'clock. I have not done the 
math but however long that takes.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
