                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, there will be a cloture vote on the motion 
to concur with respect to the PATRIOT Act at 10 a.m. tomorrow. We are 
working on a final agreement. A lot of progress has been made in that 
regard, and there likely will be more rollcall votes tomorrow to 
amendments to the PATRIOT Act.


                            FILING DEADLINE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, before we terminate tonight, there is some 
additional business.
  I ask unanimous consent that the filing deadline for second-degree 
amendments be at 9:40 a.m. tomorrow morning.
