FISCAL YEAR 2012--MOTION TO PROCEED
Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the next
vote be a 10-minute vote.

Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I move to proceed to S. Con. Res. 20, a
resolution submitted by Senator Paul, setting forth the congressional
budget for the U.S. Government, and I ask for the yeas and nays.
