PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL ADJOURNMENT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent to proceed to H. 
Con. Res. 50.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent 
resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 50) providing for a 
     conditional adjournment of the House of Representatives.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent 
resolution be agreed to, the motion to reconsider laid upon the table, 
and there be no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
