  Mr. REID. Mr. President, therefore, the first rollcall vote will be 
at 5:30 p.m. when we return. That vote will be on the confirmation of 
Executive Calendar No. 76, the nomination of Kevin Hunter Sharp to be 
U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee.
  I appreciate everyone's patience, including the Presiding Officer, in 
completing the business of the Senate for this period of time. I hope 
everyone has a good work period. Some will go a long way away, maybe as 
far as Alaska.
