MORNING BUSINESS
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the
Senate will be in a period of morning business, with the time until 2
p.m. equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their
designees, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each.
Mr. President, I ask that the time be equally divided during the time
of morning business and that if there are quorum calls, they be equally
divided.
