  Mr. DINGELL. Mr. Speaker, I take pride in announcing to the House 
that our good friend and colleague, Mr. Markey of Massachusetts, is 
joining a select group of Members who have cast 20,000 votes in this 
great body.
  I know, Mr. Speaker, that the Members wish to congratulate this 
distinguished Member for a long period of outstanding service to the 
public.
