  Mr. AKAKA. Mr. President, I would like to announce that the Committee 
on Indian Affairs will meet on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at 2:15 p.m. in 
Room 628 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building to conduct an oversight 
hearing entitled ``Promise Fulfilled: The Role of the SBA 8(a) Program 
in Enhancing Economic Development in Indian Country.''
