                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  Ms. LANDRIEU. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent for the period 
of morning business to be extended until 3 p.m., with the time equally 
divided between the two leaders or their designees, with Senators 
permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each.
