  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, tomorrow, at 2:15 p.m., Senator 
Coats will be recognized to speak for up to 30 minutes to deliver his 
maiden speech to the Senate, and following his statement, Senator 
Portman will be recognized to speak for up to 15 minutes to deliver his 
maiden speech.
  Rollcall votes in relation to amendments to the small business jobs 
bill are possible throughout the day tomorrow.
