  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the nomination of Anthony J. Battaglia, of California, to be 
United States District Judge for the Southern District of California?
  The Senator from Minnesota.
  Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the next 
two votes be 10-minute votes.
