  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the 
Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.J. Res. 44, which the 
clerk will report by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 44) making further continuing 
     appropriations for fiscal year 2011, and for other purposes.
