ORDERS FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2011
Mr. ROCKEFELLER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn under the provisions of
H. Con. Res. 17 until 2 p.m. on Monday, February 28; that following the
prayer and the pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date,
the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be
reserved for their use later in the day, and Senator Isakson then
deliver Washington's Farewell Address to the Senate; that following the
address, there be a period of morning business until 3:30 p.m. with
Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further,
at 3:30, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 6, S.
23, the Patent Reform Act of 2011; and, finally, I ask that at 4:30
p.m., the Senate proceed to executive session to debate the nominations
of Amy Totenberg and Steve Jones, as provided for under the previous
order.
