ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2011
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate
completes its business today, it stand adjourned until tomorrow,
Tuesday, February 15, at 10 a.m.; that following the prayer and pledge,
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be
deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed
to a period of morning business until 11 a.m., with Senators permitted
to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and
controlled between the two leaders or their designees; further, that at
11 a.m. the Senate resume consideration of S. 223, the FAA bill, as
provided for under the previous order; and finally, the Senate recess
from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. for the weekly caucus meetings.
