                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2011

  Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, 
February 14; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of S. 223, the Federal Aviation Administration authorization bill, and 
at 4:30 p.m. the Senate proceed to executive session, as provided under 
the previous order.
