ORDER OF PROCEDURE--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR
Ms. KLOBUCHAR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that on Monday,
February 14, 2011, at 4:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to executive
session to consider the following nominations: Calendar No. 1 and
Calendar No. 5; that there be 1 hour for debate, equally divided in the
usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate
proceed to vote, without intervening action or debate, on Calendar No.
1 and Calendar No. 5, in that order; that the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or
debate; that no further motions be in order for any of the nominations;
that any statements relating to the nominations be printed in the
Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's
action and the Senate resume legislative session.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
Ms. KLOBUCHAR. The vote on the Graves nomination will be by voice
vote. The vote on the Davila nomination will be a rollcall vote.
