                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2011

  Mr. MANCHIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on 
Tuesday, February 8; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
to have expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day, and that following any leader remarks the Senate 
resume consideration of S. 223, the Federal Aviation Administration 
authorization bill, as provided for under the previous order.
