                RECESS SUBJECT TO THE CALL OF THE CHAIR

  Mr. HARKIN. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess 
subject to the call of the Chair so that we may welcome the Prime 
Minister of Slovenia and guests on the Senate floor.
