                 ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2011

  Mr. ROCKEFELLER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on 
Thursday, February 3; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and following any leader remarks, the Senate resume 
consideration of Calendar No. 5, S. 223, the Federal Aviation 
Administration authorization bill.
