                 ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2011

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 1 p.m. on 
Thursday, February 3, the Senate proceed to a period of morning 
business until 3 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 
minutes for the purpose of giving remarks relative to the upcoming 
centennial of the birth of President Ronald Reagan; further, that at 3 
p.m. on Thursday, February 3, Senator Manchin be recognized for up to 
25 minutes to give his maiden speech to the Senate.
