                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2011

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 
February 1; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and following any leader remarks the Senate proceed to a period of 
morning business until 12:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak for 
up to 10 minutes each; further, that the Senate recess from 12:30 to 
2:15 p.m. for the weekly caucus meetings. Finally, I ask that at 2:15 
p.m., the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 5, S. 
223, the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act.
